Terms of Service

You represent and warrant that you have legal authority to request security assessments for every domain, IP address, or other target submitted to SolidLayer.

SolidLayer uses non-intrusive, passive scanning methods that observe publicly accessible network and security signals. You accept full legal responsibility for all targets submitted through your account.

You may not use SolidLayer to:

• Scan targets without authorization or legal right.
• Use scan results to attack, exploit, disrupt, or otherwise harm any target.
• Scan critical infrastructure (including government, healthcare, or utilities) without explicit authorization.
• Run abusive automated mass-scanning through the platform or API.
• Resell raw scan data or intelligence feeds without written permission from SolidLayer.

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activities under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.

A "scan" is counted each time a target assessment is initiated by your account, regardless of whether the result indicates risk. If your plan includes quotas, exceeding quota may block additional scans until reset or upgrade.

Unused credits or quota do not roll over unless explicitly stated in your subscription terms.

SolidLayer may suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without refund, where unauthorized scanning, abuse, or other violations of these Terms are detected.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
